The Charleston Yacht Club is located on the Ashley River, inside the City Marina.

            Located on Lockwood Drive inside the City Marina, the Flag Room offers stunning views of the Ashley River,

local yachting and other boating activities. Our 1,000 sq. ft. outside deck and wrap-around porch is perfect for

extra seating, mingling or even your Wedding.

The Flag Room is a spacious 2000 sq. ft. banquet room overlooking the Ashley River. This room includes a beautiful vaulted ceiling with skylights, and Cathedral windows that allow plenty of natural light all throughout the space. Experience a delightful view with great scenery while choosing the decor of your dreams for this joyous occasion. We truly do have the best venue package IN Historic Charleston, ON the Water! 

Flag Room Rental Rate Includes:

• 13 - 6' Rectangular Banquet Tables
• 10 - 60" Round Tables
•  6  - Tall Cocktail Tables
• White Linens for all the above
• 125 White Padded Chairs
• Full-service commercial Kitchen for YOUR choice of Caterer's final prep
• Large moveable Bar (can be placed anywhere inside the Flag Room)
• Room set-up and freak-down
• Dishwasher

Flag Room - Additional Options:

• Additional hours can be purchased at $200 per hour.
• Bartenders - $125 flat rate for the 1st bartender; $110 for the 2nd

**Please note that you are required to bring in all of your own alcohol, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, etc. WE DO HAVE ICE AND COOLERS, however.**

Reservations require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Charleston Yacht Club Members receive a 50% discount off published rates.

All rentals are for a 5 hour event period ending and cleaned up by 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Friday through Saturday.
